To work in our teaching lab please book a slot using the form by clicking on the link below.

Instructions how to register

Register online using our form
Download, read and sign the "Guidelines for teaching lab". Upload the signed guidelines when registering.
If everything is filled out correctly and your lab work does not conflict with a course, you will receive an email from Corinne Bischof asking you to schedule an appointment with the lab coordinators (see contact information below).
The lab coordinators will give you an introduction to the teaching lab/discuss with you guidelines and anything that is unclear, and assign you a lab space/hood.
After that you are allowed to use the teaching lab for the time period indicated in the registration form.
At the end of the time period indicated in the registration form hand over the workstation to one of the coordinators. Only after the coordinators give their approval, you will get an email from Corinne Bischof confirming your checkout. Until that, you remain responsible for the assigned space.

Fill out the booking form

The maximum booking period is 4 weeks.
To request an extension you have to restart the booking process.
Processing your registration might take up to 4 weeks. Please plan accordingly!
